At Vintage Culture, we specialize in authentic, hand-picked vintage pieces. Each item is verified for its era and quality. Any modern 'vintage-style' items will be clearly labeled in the product description.
How do I determine the right size for vintage clothing?
Vintage sizing often differs from modern standards. We provide exact measurements for every garment in the product description. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own for the best fit.
What is the condition of the garments?
All items are pre-loved and may show minor signs of wear. We use a grading system (Excellent, Great, Good) and meticulously list any specific flaws, such as small marks or missing buttons, in the item description.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received with all Vintage Culture tags attached. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you restock items once they are sold out?
Because our collection consists of unique vintage finds, most items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be restocked. We recommend following our social media or newsletter to catch our latest drops before they are gone.
